As stated in our FAQ if you have attended an event, a private class etc where you have consumed the product, it has been used and you have received the benefit then we can off no refund - it is your responsibility to know prior to purchase.
If you have purchased an online course, then we offer a 14 day refund. If you let us know WITHIN 14 days then we can refund you. This is in line with UK law as we are a UK company.
The refund will be process by us and our payment gateway STRIPE will handle the refund. The process should take anywhere between 14-21 days as it is outside of our control once we process it.
We reserve the right to refuse service to those we suspect of abusing the system.
